The weather may affect the start of this project next week! The City of Mount Airy is thrilled to reinvest in our downtown infrastructure! Starting January 6th, work on the "water and sewer" portion of the project will commence along Franklin Street.
We kindly ask for your patience during this construction process, as we look forward to completing this comprehensive project, which includes water and sewer upgrades, streetscape enhancements, and the renovation of the Franklin Street parking lot.
